If you want the Oracle University Course material, follow a course with Oracle University... ;)<br />The best way to learn SQL and PL/SQL (I think) is to get a few good books (e.g. <a href="http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_gw?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=feuerstein+oracle&x=0&y=0" rel="nofollow">Feuerstein</a> and <a href="http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_gw?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=kyte+oracle&x=0&y=0" rel="nofollow">Kyte</a>).
